Even when the final bill was paid, you are still keeping in touch, and I was pleasantly surprised to come home one afternoon to find that some of the flowers had been replaced to freshen up the entryway to my home.

Sophia and I want to belatedly thank you for the beautiful hardscape work in our back yard. The design you came up with was gorgeous, and we love how the stamped-concrete patio came out - we've had many visitors comment on it and most thought it was some kind of natural stone until we explained to them that it is really concrete. We've also had a few good rains since the work was completed, and I must say that the drainage work you did is excellent - no puddles on the patio or anywhere else in the yard!

As you know, Sophia is a Project Manager for an architectural firm, and as such she appreciated your firm commitment to conforming with the local building codes. Being a consummate "do-it-yourselfer", I very much appreciated your flexibility and willingness to work with and advise me on the portions of the project that I decided to do myself. Also, when we discovered a defective sprinkler value six months after the installation was completed, you came out and repaired it with no questions asked.

Your promptness as well as your punctuality made a great first impression. When we were able to see several of your jobs by looking through your photo book, we were very impressed! Being able to see what the finished design would look like prior to starting was crucial for us and you came through again with the CAD design a few days later.
