Can you describe the process you use to create a Signature Landscapes Plan?
First we meet with the property owner to determine their needs and visit the site to analyze the property. We note sun and shade angles, slope, soils, drainage and architectural style. Next we measure the property and take photographs. We then prepare a preliminary design and review it with the property owner, incorporating feedback into the design. We then prepare a final design and budget, which we again review with the property owner. Once we have the property owner's approval, we schedule the commencement of the project.
What are the most important attributes of a Signature Landscape?
First of all, each Signature Landscape is unique in itself. When we design your signature landscape, we take into consideration your lifestyle, the size and scale of the property, climate and conditions for year round beauty and a sense of balance and harmony.
In addition to the references listed on your website, are there Signature Landscapes we could look at in person?
Yes. Upon request we can provide additional references and landscape locations in your area.
Do you guarantee the plants that you install?
Yes, we guarantee our plants for one year providing planting areas are properly drained, and barring acts outside our control such as improper watering, or acts of God.
What will I receive when the plan is presented?
You will receive a signature landscape plan to scale, designating all features of the proposed work. Once the final plan is presented, you will receive an updated signature landscape plan to scale, along with a comprehensive budget, and work schedule.
Where will you buy plants for my Signature Landscape ?
We receive our plants from a variety of very reputable nurseries and suppliers. We use several sources, to ensure that the quality, availability, and variety is exceptional. Based upon your landscape plan, we will purchase your plants from one or many of our quality suppliers.
Is your company licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and carry workers compensation insurance through State Compensation Insurance Fund (Policy Number: 229-001 9544). We are licensed by the State of California's Contractors State License Board (License # 583113).
