Gardening Tips
Watering Your Lawn - The average lawn needs about an inch of water per week during normal conditions. Temperature, shade, wind, blade length, soil type, and evaporation will all affect your lawn's watering needs. As a rule, organic soils need less water than sandy soils. It is best to water your lawn and your garden in the morning, so they have all day to dry.
Soil Preparation - Soil provides the primary nutrients to sustain plants, and we recommend that you have your soil tested so that you know what additives are needed to optimize your soil conditions.
